Government Telecommunication DisclosuresAutomated messaging is heavily regulated. By subscribing, you warrant full compliance with national and state laws including TCPA (US), TRAI TCCCPR Regulations (India), National Do-Not-Call (DNC) Registries, and Meta Business Policies.

1. Acceptable Use of AI & Transparency Disclosures

SpeedToLead AI provides conversational artificial intelligence software. You, as the subscriber, agree to use our automated agents solely for legal and verified client engagement. You agree to:

AI Transparency: Clearly notify recipients that they are conversing with an automated AI assistant. The AI is designed to announce its agent alias transparently. You agree not to disguise the bot as a live human real estate broker.
Banned Practices: Never use the platform to transmit deceptive property info, coordinate high-frequency spam campaigns, or distribute offensive/illegal content.
Prompt Integrity: Avoid uploading malicious instructions or attempts to bypass LLM safety guardrails configured within the prompt configurator.

2. Federal TCPA & CTIA Compliance Mandates (US & International)

If messaging leads located within the United States or countries with equivalent communication rules:

Prior Express Written Consent: Under TCPA rules, you must secure explicit, prior written consent from lead contacts before submitting their phone numbers into our WhatsApp or Twilio webhook API pipelines.
National DNC Registry: You are strictly forbidden from directing AI agents to message contacts listed on the FTC National Do Not Call Registry unless a prior established business relationship exists.
CTIA Compliant Opt-Out Keywords: The platform automatically responds to and honors opt-out instructions (e.g., STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE). Interfering with or blocking these opt-out processors constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

3. India Telecom TRAI & DLT Regulatory Compliance

If utilizing our services for campaigns targeting individuals in India:

TRAI TCCCPR (2018) Compliance: You are solely responsible for registering your Principal Entity (PE), SMS headers, and content templates on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) portals.
Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC): You must not transmit messages to users who have registered their preferences on the NDNC (National Customer Preference Register).
DLT Syncing: SpeedToLead AI provides the software infrastructure but cannot be held liable for telecommunications blocks, template mismatches, or penalties imposed by telecom providers due to failed DLT registration checks.

4. Meta WhatsApp Business API Policy Compliance

When using the Meta Cloud API for WhatsApp Business connections:

You agree to comply with Meta's official **WhatsApp Business Terms of Service** and **WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy**.
You must maintain a high quality score on your WhatsApp phone number. High spam reports or template rejections by Meta may lead to suspension, for which SpeedToLead AI holds zero operational liability.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & RBI Mandates

Subscribers agree to automated recurring credit card, debit card, or UPI billing.

RBI Compliance (India): In accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) e-mandate guidelines, if automatic payment charges fail or require 2FA authorization, the system immediately dispatches a manual credit link. A 7-day grace period is provided to authorize payment before your active AI agent is automatically paused.
Refunds and Cancellation: Subscriptions are cancelable at any time via Billing Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
